Himalayan Salt Block Cooking

I just invested in a very heavy and I mean very heavy block of Himalayan Pink Salt.  For what you ask?

Well to cook on of course and boy was I surprised at how well this block of salt not only works but seasons the meats your cooking on it.  It’s pretty simple to use, pretty sturdy and something different to add to your stash of cooking methods.

  1. I bought a big slab of Himalayan pink salt when I was at the Connecticut Flower Show, but haven’t used it yet. When I bought mine, the seller said to use one side for meat, and the other side for fish. Now I know that it really does work!
