Cooking with Confidently Living – Pickled Beets

Today we are making pickled beets fairly easy  and you can make a small batch without having to go through the whole canning process.

 

Pickled beets 

  • 1 bunch of beets
  • 1 tbsp pickling spices – per jar
  • equal amounts of water and apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or more to taste

  1. I was able to grow beets last year in my garden and was so excited to pickle them..and no one else would eat them :(. I loved them, but they may have been to acidic. I ll pin your recipe and save it for this year. Thanks!
