Besides my 5 ingredient chili which you can read about here for Super Bowl Sunday I made some pretty tasty and easy snacks.
We had Mini Pepperoni Pizzas
Along with Boneless Chicken Wings which I got frozen at Costco. Thankfully my husband loved the boneless chicken wings because I have about another 10lbs in the freezer that he will eventually need to eat.
And I made mini chili dogs. By the way I have about 10lbs of chili that will also need to be eaten. He was happy and is currently experiencing a full on food coma while watching something other then the actual game I’m pretty sure.
Tomorrow he’ll have to go on a seriously bread and water diet to get over all the food he’s eaten today. But I’m going to chalk this up to another successful “Super Bowl we don’t actually watch”day.
