Golden Milk or Turmeric Tea as some like to call it is a great way to reap the benefits of Turmeric.
Turmeric is full of health benefits like:

To make Golden Milk first you have to make a paste that you can store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
- 1/4 cup turmeric powder
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 tsp ginger (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and heat over medium heat until the mix starts to turn into a paste. Store in a clean glass jar for up to 3 weeks in your fridge.
- 8 oz of Cow, Almond, Coconut or Rice milk (Actaully any kind of milk you like will do)
- 1tsp or more or less depending on taste of the Turmeric Paste
now you can add vanilla, maple syrup, raw sugar, agave syrup or any type of sweetener you prefer. You can also add additional spices like cardamon, cinnamon and/or nutmeg. This is a good time to experiment with the flavors you might like or not.
This is a good way to reap the benefits of Turmeric and you can even use the paste in soups, stews and cooked on your meats or veggies.
