Clay Pot Roasted Chicken.
1 whole chicken size of your choice
1-2 tsp salt and pepper depending on size of bird
4-5 pats of butter
springs of Rosemary, Thyme and Sage
Your choice of cut up veggies such as potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, etc.
1/2 cup of water incase your chicken is drying out
A clay roaster or any roasting pan will do.
