Cooking with Confidently Living – Quick and Easy Banana Bread

This is a quick and easy banana bread recipe and chances are you’ll most likely have all the ingredients in your home already.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 very ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla

bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
