Victorian Dangers That Continue Today

Did you know that the Victorian Period was one of the eras when food adulteration became very common and popular.  With no real rules, mass consumption and greed things like plaster, alum and other non edibles were added to foods.


Below is a great documentary detailing the dangers of living during the Victorian Era.  You’ll notice that we continue to face many of these dangers ourselves with things like over use of antibiotics in our meats, GMOs and other mainly non edible chemicals that are added to our food, clothing and the everyday items we come in contact with.
